Policies

General:

• Check in is 4:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. Early or late arrival must be prearranged.
• Children of all ages are welcome.
• We are unable to accomodate pets.
• Smoking is permitted on balconies only.

Reservations:

• A deposit of $100 is required for each suite.
• The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Stay two nights or more for best rates. One night rentals are available with a $45 cleaning fee and no discounts.
• We accept major credit cards.

Cancellations:

• Deposits will be refunded, less $25 handling fee, if cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival.
• If cancellation is made less than 30 days from date of arrival, no refund will be made unless the suite can be re-booked.
